4. Large shared living area - Smart TV that’s connected to Netflix and Youtube and equipped with Playstation 5!

5. Large kitchen and dining area

6. Wi-Fi access in all areas

7. Outdoor Patio with seating and TV Entertainment Unit

8. BBQ Area

9. Walking Distance to Croydon Station and near Westfield Burwood

10. Bus Stop directly outside the home (bus route 490 and 492 to Drummoyne, Hurstville and Rockdale)

11. Near Concord Repatriation General Hospital

12. On site parking spaces (5) available behind the premises
